1/ Arrive Panama
- A representative receives yout at Tocumen Internation Airport
- Transfer to your hotel by Panama Canal
- Welcome cocktail and briefing with out Naturalist Guide

Day
2/ Panama Canal Jungle Boat Adventure - Chiriqui Highlands
- Transfer to the town of Gamboa in the Panama Canal
- Visit to the Primate Reserve and Sanctuary of Panama located on a set of islands in Gatun Lake
|
- Picnic and return to Gamboa
- Scheduled flight to David, capital of the Chiriqui province.
- Transfer by van to the eastern side of the dormant Baru Volcano to the quaint town of Boquete

Day
3/ White Rafting or Los Quetzales Trail
- Rafting Tour to the River Chiriqui. This River rafting includes Class III or IV sections of the Rio Chiriqui.
|
- For those who choose not to go rafting we will hike Los Quetzales Trail from Cerro Punta to Boquete through
the cloud forest of Baru Volcano National Park.

Day
4/ Finca Lerida - Continental Divide - Bocas del Toro
- In the morning, explore Finca Lerida, a privately owned preserve just outside Baru Volcano National Park.
- Picnic Lunch and return to the Hotel to prepare to go to Almirante, Bocas del Toro

- During the travel to Bocas del Toro, view the impressive Fortuna Dam and spectacular waterfalls along
the Continental Divide.

Day
5/ Bastimentos Marine National Park
- Board the our boat and travel to Bastimentos Marine National Park
where we will be able to snorkel along coral reefs.
|
- Continue the adventure to Red Frog Trail in search of the tiny strawberry
frog (or red frog --Dendrobates sp.) and Hospital Point for more snorkeling

Day 6/
Boca Del Drago - Panama City
- Drive along the coast of Colon Island to visit one of the largest
bat caves in the country.
|
- Once at Boca del Drago you can snorkel from the beach to the coral
reef that is just a few meters from shore.
- Return to the Bocas Inn for lunch and get ready for our return
flight to Panama City.
- Night at the HOTEL EXECUTIVE

Day 7/
The Trans-Isthmian Route
- Board the van for our trip across the Isthmus of Panama, the narrowest part
of the country. Along the way we will stop at Las Cruces Trail and walk a small
portion of the trail that was used by the Spanish conquistadors to bring their cargo
to and from the city of Panama.

- Continue to the port town of Portobelo
- In the afternoon return to the city by train, on board the Panama Canal Railway
- Farewell dinner at a typical Panamanian restaurant.
- Night at the HOTEL EXECUTIVE

Depart Panama
- Transfer to Tocumen International Airport 2.5 hours prior to flight departure
